We are independent
Zyphera TCG is an independent retailer of sealed trading card product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, or Bandai.
We buy through authorized distribution, which is how we can guarantee authenticity, but that is a supply relationship and not an endorsement. Any seller describing itself as an "official" or "authorized" retailer of a publisher without a licence agreement is overstating its position, and we are not going to do that.
Trademarks
All product names, set names, logos, character names and card images are trademarks or copyright of their respective owners. They appear here to identify the product being sold, which is a normal and lawful use, and no claim of ownership is made or implied.
What is inside a sealed product
We do not know, and neither does anybody else. Pull rates, hit rates and card distribution are set by the manufacturer and are a matter of chance. We do not weigh, search or otherwise attempt to determine the contents of a sealed product, and we do not sell any product on the basis of what it might contain.
Value and investment
Trading card product is not an investment, and we do not present it as one. Prices in this category move sharply in both directions, and past price movement predicts nothing.
Nothing on this site is financial advice. Buy what you want to own.
Third-party links and prices
Where we link to a publisher's announcement or a release schedule, that content belongs to them and can change without us knowing. Release dates in particular are the publisher's to move.
Accuracy
We check listings carefully, and we still occasionally get something wrong. Where a description, price or image is wrong, we correct it, and we cancel and refund any affected order rather than shipping something that does not match what you were shown.
