Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from licensed distributors and is 100% factory sealed. We never open, weigh, or tamper with any product. We photograph orders before dispatch.
How do preorders work? +
When you preorder, your price is locked in at today's rate. We confirm your spot in our allocation. When the product arrives from our distributor, we ship it out on release day — no delays, no markup.
Can I cancel a preorder? +
Yes. You can cancel any preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once the product has been dispatched, it falls under our standard return policy.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
We take great care in packaging, but if anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll sort it immediately — replacement, refund, or store credit. Your choice.
